The first three steps

1. Connect a channel. Settings → Integrations. Phone is the fastest wedge — buy a SUBLAKE-hosted number or port your existing one. Webchat is one snippet on your site.

2. Train your Receptionist. AI Team → Receptionist → Brain. Set tone, business hours, services, escalation triggers. This is your AI's personality.

3. Test it. Use the Test Drive button (bottom-right on any AI Team page) to send a synthetic message and watch the full pipeline run — tools called, draft generated, decision made.

Within minutes your AI is answering customers in your voice across every connected channel.
