This page is for California residents (and anyone who wants to know how we handle the “sale” and “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA).
SUBLAKE Holdings LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have. Because we don’t sell or share it, there is nothing for you to opt out of — but you still have the full set of California privacy rights described below, and we honor them.
Under California law, “sell” means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other value, and “share” means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We do neither. We use the personal information we collect only to provide and improve the service you or your business signed up for, and we disclose it only to the sub-processors that help us run the service — under contracts that prohibit them from using it for their own purposes. You can see that list on our Sub-processors page.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
Email us at contact@sublake.com with the request you’d like to make. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of the account or email associated with the data) before acting, and we’ll respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.
If your personal information was collected because a business uses SUBLAKE to serve you (for example, you called or texted a business that uses our AI Receptionist), that business is the party that controls your data. We will help route your request to them where appropriate.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out is needed — but if you send a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request confirming that preference.
For any privacy request or question, contact contact@sublake.com. For full details on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
