SUBLAKE Holdings LLC ("SUBLAKE", "we", "us") operates a text-message (SMS) program on behalf of the local service businesses that use our platform. These Messaging Terms describe what texts we send, how you consent to receive them, and how to stop them at any time. Our messages are transactional and account-related only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
Messages are sent from a SUBLAKE platform number, and each message identifies the business it is sent on behalf of (for example, "Smile Dental: …"). Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — for example, the appointments you book or the account and payment events on your SUBLAKE account.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SUBLAKE does not charge you for receiving these messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending you messages from that program. You can rejoin at any time by replying START or by opting in again.

We do not sell or share your phone number or your opt-in with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described here. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US carriers; carrier participation may change.
