The SUBLAKE Partner (Creator) Program lets you refer other businesses to SUBLAKE and earn a flat cash bounty for every referral that becomes a paying customer. These terms explain how much you earn, how a referral is credited and confirmed, and how and when you get paid.
Share your unique partner link or code with other business owners. When one of them signs up for SUBLAKE through your link and becomes a paying customer, you earn a flat cash bounty. The more paying referrals you bring in, the higher your bounty rate climbs.
These Partner Terms are part of, and incorporate by reference, the SUBLAKE Terms of Service. The Terms of Service (including their governing-law, dispute-resolution, and limitation-of-liability provisions) apply to your participation in the Partner Program. Where a program-specific detail here differs from the general Terms, the program-specific detail controls for the program.
You earn a flat bounty for each referral that becomes a paying customer. Your rate rises as your total number of paying referrals grows, and each referral is paid at your tier rate at the time it is credited:
When someone signs up for SUBLAKE using your referral link or code and becomes a paying customer, you're credited a bounty at your current tier. The bounty starts as pending and enters the confirmation window described below.
Every credited bounty is pending for 30 days. It becomes cleared (withdrawable) only if the referred customer is still a paying customer after those 30 days. If the referred customer cancels, refunds, or charges back within the window, the bounty is reversed and removed from your balance. Once a bounty has cleared, it's yours to withdraw.
Cleared earnings are paid by bank transfer to a single bank account you provide. To receive a payout you must provide valid, verifiable bank details and complete any identity or tax information we are required to collect.
Bounties are income, and you are solely responsible for any taxes owed on what you earn. For U.S. partners, SUBLAKE may require a completed Form W-9 before issuing payouts and may issue a Form 1099 to partners who earn $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by law. Non-U.S. partners may be asked for equivalent tax documentation. If required tax information is not provided, we may withhold payouts until it is.
The Partner Program is not an employment relationship, a job, or a promise of income. Bounties are earned only when a genuine referral becomes and remains a paying customer through the confirmation window. SUBLAKE makes no guarantee of any earnings. Tier rates, thresholds, and the program itself may change or end as described below.
We may withhold, reduce, reverse, or reclaim any bounty — including bounties already paid — that we reasonably determine was earned through fraud, fake or self-referrals, abuse of the program, a violation of these terms, or a referral that later cancels, refunds, or charges back. Where a paid bounty is subject to clawback, we may deduct it from your future balance or request its return. Repeated or serious abuse may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of pending bounties.
Because you earn money for referrals, you must clearly disclose the paid partnership wherever you promote SUBLAKE — for example, by including #ad — in line with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. Honest, transparent promotion protects both you and the businesses you refer.
You can leave the program at any time. Your already-cleared balance is paid out to your bank, and any referrals still in their confirmation window continue to confirm and pay out to your bank even after you leave. Leaving releases your referral code so it's no longer active.
If your partner account is placed under review, payouts are paused — but your earnings are not lost. Once the review resolves, paused payouts resume.
SUBLAKE may update these terms or the program from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll communicate it to active partners. Your continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
